  • Just like you would with any other full-time employee—via Slack, Zoom, email, or your internal systems. Your team member will have a company email address and integrate directly into your communication channels, ready to collaborate with your clients, vendors, and team.

  • We stand behind our placements with a perfect fit guarantee: If you’re not satisfied at any point, we’ll find and onboard a replacement within 14 days or less. No questions asked. We also provide ongoing training and performance support to address any concerns along the way.

  • Pricing starts at $3,000/month, with slight adjustments based on experience level or specialized skill sets. Given the time and resources we invest in recruiting and training, we require a three-month upfront commitment to ensure a successful match. After that, your plan transitions to flexible month-to-month billing. Invoices are issued through our U.S.-based entity, and you can pay via credit card or bank transfer—no international fees or payroll complexity.

  • No long-term lock-ins. After your initial three-month commitment, your contract becomes month-to-month. Many clients continue long-term, but you’re free to adjust as needed after the initial engagement period.

  • Yes. We are the legal employer of record for your team member. While they work exclusively for your business, they are employed by Scale Partner, ensuring full compliance with local labor laws and U.S. IRS guidelines.

  • We do. From recruitment and onboarding to day-to-day management, training, and performance tracking - we handle it all. You’ll also have a dedicated Account Manager and access to our local Talent Managers for ongoing support and communication.
